About the Author
David L. Gast (Ph.D. University of Kansas) is Professor of Special Education in the Department of Communication Science and Special Education at the University of Georgia. Co-author with Dr. James Tawney of Single-Subject Research in Special Education, he has also authored or co-authored 10 chapters and over 100 journal articles. Dr. Gast serves as a consulting editor for Focus on Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities, Education and Training in Developmental Disabilities, and Exceptionality.

SSRD at its best!

This text was assigned for my SSRD course at the graduate level and has not disappointed. From it's reader-friendly organization to it's excellent applied examples, I will be sure to keep this in my personal collection for years to come and reference for my future academic endeavors. This newer edition added many much needed upgrades to the 1984 SSRD text published by Tawney and Gast.
